Panel discussion on IRS Tax Issues, questions submitted in advance for panelists, and possibly at the meeting, time permitting. Transcript of the session will be emailed to subscribers of the EBAEA News mailing list & CSEA mailing list. The advance questions for this meeting are only starting to come in. This IRS Panel meeting is regularly held at the March EBAEA meeting and is always very informative and educational. Last year, the questions included: 1) Solar credit; 2) Out of state expenses; 3) Rent reduction for work; 4) PTET payments; 5) Return of capital; 6) Payments made for wrong entity; 7) US citizens abroad; 8) HSA Issue; 9) Divorcing and reverse mortgage; 10) ERC payments; 11) Properties managed by LLC; 12) 750K limit mortgage refinance.
