Panel discussion on California Tax Issues, questions submitted in advance for panelists, and possibly at the meeting, time permitting. Transcript of the session will be emailed to subscribers of the EBAEA News mailing list. The advance questions for this meeting are only starting to come in. This FTB Panel meeting is regularly held at the February EBAEA meeting and is always very informative and educational. Last year, the questions included 1) CA withholding on trust property sale; 2) Online income and CA; 3) CA conformity to PPP loans; 4) Misapplied payments; 5) Superseding returns for PTE's; 6) Partnership returns; 7) Form 3895; 8) Nevada employee and CA law firm; 9) Exactly what is CA source income; 10) Residency; 11) CA K-1 from S Corp; 12) CA DE4; 13) My FTB Account; 14) CA conformity to federal treaties.
