A full seminar registration (all three days) registration includes entrance to your choice of education sessions, the Exhibitor Showcase, access to electronic materials in advance, all session materials on a USB drive onsite, breakfasts, refreshment breaks, Welcome Reception, Prize Drawing Night, a registration packet, the opportunity to earn up to 25 hours of CE and the IRS OPR Session.
Single-day rates are available on Days One, Two, and Three. If you attend the Seminar for more than one day, you must purchase a full seminar registration. Single-day registration (any one day) includes entrance to the education sessions that you are registered for, the Exhibitor Showcase, session materials, breakfast, refreshment breaks, Welcome Reception on Day One or Prize Drawing Night on Day Two, a registration packet and the opportunity to earn up to 8-9 CE hours.
Trouble deciding among sessions? No problem. Register now and choose your classes later. If you know what you want to sign up for, we welcome your selections. If you don’t, simply decide when you arrive. It’s one of the many benefits of a paperless approach!
Seats in concurrent educational sessions are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular sessions will reach capacity quickly, so please plan to arrive early. Pre-registering for your sessions will assist CSEA staff in determining appropriate seating capacities for these sessions; however, pre-registering does not guarantee or reserve seats in any session.
Super Seminar session material provided electronically – this allows us to provide you with all session materials rather than only session material for only the classes you attend. You will receive 1.) access to electronic material in advance to download or print 2.) All session material on a USB drive onsite. 3.) Access to electronic material through the Super Seminar App.
Still want your hard copy session material? No problem. Please complete the Education Session Material Order Form purchase hard copy session material by April 24, 2017, and we will have your materials waiting for you when you arrive.
All Super Seminar registrants will get the benefits of membership! In addition, full seminar registration at the non-member rate also includes a complimentary CSEA membership through August 31, 2017. Take full advantage of special member discounts, education programs, informative publications and the most prestigious network of Enrolled Agents in California. This promotion is available to tax professionals who have not been CSEA Members in the past 12 months.
Groups of three or more colleagues (paying for the full seminar registration) from the same company or firm and billing address are eligible for a group discount. Group discounts are granted solely upon CSEA’s discretion. In all cases, the first person in the group will pay full price and the remainder of the people in the group will receive a discount as follows:
- 3 to 5 employees: $25 off for each additional person
- 6 to 10 employees: $50 off for each additional person
- 11+ employees: $75 off for each additional person

Cancellations and Refunds
Registration cancellations will be made if written notice is received or postmarked on or before April 24, 2017 for for Las Vegas Super Seminar and May 31, 2017 for Reno Super Seminar, and a refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $200. Registrants whose cancellation requests are made after these deadlines will NOT be entitled to a refund. In addition, “no show” registrants will NOT be entitled to a refund. Registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to email@example.com, faxed to 916-366-6674, or mailed to CSEA.
Location transfers: Transfers from one Super Seminar location to another will be accommodated at no charge if the request is made by April 24, 2017. If the request is made after April 24, 2017, a $200 transfer fee is applicable.
Registration transfers: Transfers from one registrant to another within your organization will be accommodated at no charge if the request is made in writing by April 24, 2017; please include name and registration information for the person we are to transfer the registration to as well as the name of the person currently registered. If the request is made after April 24, 2017, a $200 transfer fee is applicable.

By participating in Super Seminar 2017, you grant the California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA) and its employees, agents and assigns the right to use your name, photograph, voice, or other likeness for business purposes. In the event that we individually and specifically interview you, film you and record your words, CSEA will seek your express permission to use corresponding footage. All photographs, recordings and quotes shall become the property of CSEA and may be displayed, distributed or used by CSEA for any purpose, and in any media, whether print, electronic or on the CSEA website, and without payment of any royalty to you.
Children are not permitted in any education sessions. Due to liability issues, children younger than 14 are not permitted in the Exhibit Showcase. Children over the age of 14 are required to purchase a single-day registration for admittance to the Exhibit Showcase and must be accompanied by a registered adult.
