Federal Representation Workshop

Avoid the IRS Maze!!!
Accelerate Your Federal Representation Knowledge…

Join us for the Federal Representation Workshop presented by CSEA and the IRS.

Attending this workshop will benefit you and your clients in many ways:

  • Learn the strategies needed to successfully represent your clients in the areas of Examinations, Collections, Appeals, and Offers in Compromise.
  • Gain direct access to IRS managers and practicing Enrolled Agents – a great opportunity to learn from both perspectives and learn a plethora of tips and techniques available to  taxpayer representatives.
  • Acquire the knowledge and skills you need to help people through an otherwise intimidating and frustrating process – potentially leading to continued client relationships, sales and referrals.
  • You’ll come away confident in knowing what to expect and what to do next – you’ll be the advocate your clients are seeking!
  • Receive 8 federal tax law CE credits — an added value to your time investment.

Who Should Attend:

All tax practitioners who are currently representing clients before the IRS, or those who are thinking about it.

  • For Enrolled Agents, CPAs and Attorneys currently involved in representation, this workshop affords you the ability to brush up on the areas you are already familiar with as well as learn new areas of representation. And, for those not currently involved in representation work, you will learn how to best represent your clients before the IRS.
  • For unlicensed practitioners, this workshop will help you understand the various levels of representation, and what you can and cannot do when representing clients before the IRS.
