CSEA Promotes Your Business During Tax Time

3/3/16 – Your free listing in CSEA’s Find an EA online directory (which gets thousands of hits throughout the year) is just one of the benefits of membership. Although CSEA works year-round to promote our Members and their businesses, we move into high gear during tax season.

This tax season CSEA unleashed a combination of marketing campaigns, social media barrages, press release blasts, community activities and website enhancements designed to promote your business and your professional designation:

  • A five-day flyover campaign from February 3-7 informed the public that EAs are America’s Tax Experts. The fly-overs targeted Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, the site of Super Bowl 2016, plus high afternoon traffic visitor areas in Super Bowl City, San Francisco and San Jose.
  • A month-long campaign of eye-catching city bus tail ads started in Mid-January, with a total of 30 buses targeting heavy traffic routes near Levi’s Stadium and in the greater Bay Area.
  • A new, mobile-friendly landing page at www.findanea.org makes it easy for taxpayers to understand why an Enrolled Agent should be their chosen tax professional.
  • Google AdWords and Facebook advertising campaigns have garnered more than 10,000 clicks this season.
  • Tax Help Day introduced Enrolled Agents to taxpayers, local businesses and community organizations, media outlets, and legislators.
